Internship DFW (On-Set Required)

Social Media Intern

We're opening the ship for the first time.

Outerfields is looking for our first Social Media Interns. Not someone who wants a safe internship, but someone willing to bet on themselves. This is for risk takers. People who would rather try and fail than watch and learn. You'll work directly with a production team on real clients, real shoots, and real deadlines.

What You'll Do

  • Be on set (DFW local required)
  • Help capture and identify story moments
  • Clip and publish content that actually matters
  • Help plan ideas before we hit record
  • Assist production on shoot days
  • Build systems that make content repeatable

You'll complete 4 real projects from concept to delivery.

Contract Remote (DFW Preferred)

Scriptwriter

Words that move people to subscribe.

Outerfields is looking for a Scriptwriter who can turn expert knowledge into compelling video content. You'll write scripts for series, courses, and branded content across multiple PCN clients. You should be open to using AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality. This is for writers who think in story structures and understand how to hold attention on screen.

What You'll Do

  • Write scripts for branded video series and courses
  • Collaborate with directors and producers on content planning
  • Research subject matter and translate expertise into accessible narratives
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate drafts and ideation
  • Build repeatable script templates and frameworks for each client
  • Adapt tone and voice across different brands and audiences

You'll deliver scripts for at least 2 active PCN clients within your first 30 days.

Who This Is For

You might be a fit if you:

  • Write clearly and concisely for video (not blogs, not ads)
  • Understand pacing, hooks, and how to keep viewers watching
  • Are comfortable using AI as a writing tool, not a crutch
  • Can take a 60-minute interview and turn it into a tight 8-minute episode
  • Want to work with real creators building real platforms
